Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the event, the EuroVillage, registration, B2B meetings and the Call for Projects.
Global Gateway is the European Union’s strategy to develop sustainable and trusted connections around the world. In Cameroon, it translates into major investments in quality infrastructure to accelerate the structural transformation of the economy: energy, digital, transport, health and agriculture.
Business Week is open to a wide professional audience: business leaders, local and international investors, bankable project promoters, financial institutions, sector experts, as well as public and diplomatic authorities.
Access to Business Week sessions and the EuroVillage is completely free, but online registration is mandatory. Simply visit the official platform www.cm-eu-businessweek.com to reserve your seat for the panels of your choice. Please note: in-person seats are limited.
The Call for Projects allows local entrepreneurs to submit initiatives in key sectors — energy, digital, agriculture and health — to be presented to leading financiers during the event through the Project Wall. Applications must be submitted directly on the web platform before June 5, 2026.
Once registered on our platform, you will have access to a dedicated matchmaking area. You will be able to view participants, investors and companies from the different PROMOTE sector pavilions, then send meeting requests directly for June 16 and 17. A dedicated secretariat will also be available on site at the EuroVillage to guide you.
Business Week focuses on the main pillars of the Global Gateway strategy: energy, digital, agriculture, health, transport/logistics and cultural and creative industries. Each sector will have a dedicated sequence to explore financing and partnership opportunities.
The event is organised by area to optimise your experience. The high-level institutional sessions on the morning of Tuesday, June 16 — opening ceremony and Business Climate panel — will take place at the Palais des Congrès in Yaoundé. The other sessions on the afternoon of June 16 and throughout June 17 — sector panels, B2B meetings and Project Wall — will take place at the EuroVillage, the European pavilion located at the heart of PROMOTE.
Yes. To ensure broad inclusion, the strategic panels at the Palais des Congrès and the main sector sessions at the EuroVillage will be livestreamed on our web platform and official social media channels.
